About QumranHealth (Boilerplate)
QumranHealth is a UK digital health company building free, patient-centred tracking tools for people managing Type 2 diabetes and taking Mounjaro (tirzepatide). Founded in May 2026 by Kamran Khan, QumranHealth's flagship product is a web-based tracker that lets patients log Mounjaro doses, blood glucose readings (fasting and post-meal), weight, and symptoms in under 30 seconds a day.
The app automatically generates a GP Progress Report PDF and an EMIS Web / SystmOne-compatible clinical summary that patients can share at NHS appointments — bridging the gap between the 8,760 hours patients spend at home and the 15-minute GP consultation window.
